fn keys not working after waking up from sleep

i have a thinkpad L470 running big sur and im using voodoops2 and theres something annoying after it wakes up from sleep the brightness and volume keys just stop working they start acting as regular F1-12 keys i tried pairing it with yogasmc to force it to map them but it didnt work, and yes i tried fn esc and fn f1/2 it doesnt work

I have a Thinkpad E14 and that also happens. The theory about that's a firmware issue but the VoodooPS2Controller for me is finding the _CID in my DSDT of my touchpad and the _CID is for a Synaptics touchpad despite in Windows my touchpad is a Elan SMBus touchpad. Some references:
