You can run it via Ubuntu terminal. See the readme.txt file. The description is for the windows user. But it work the same for Linux.

But one more question? Would you like to make the 'check status trackers' and 'delete dead trackers' executable on Ubuntu terminal. I think these two functions are useful, too.Thanks for your time!

If someone doesn't know how to run it in Ubuntu terminal.Try the following command:
./trackereditor "C:\dir\torrent\file.torrent" -U0
(The './' should not be ommited,and you should be in the 'trackereditor_linux_amd64' directory)
