This is adding complexity not reducing it.
Also I have no idea what Assignment 8 is.

This is the first part/first aggregate for Assignment 8. I created one file called country.py which hosts the functions that are needed/could be used with reference to the country. Since a country has a population, coordinates, and name, the aggregate helps to simplify the design and usage of the country.
