Based on #99, I am providing first version of CI pipeline.
Please activate it in Travis-CI. Travis-CI will auto-detect the
.travis.yml-fileYou can login in Travis-CI via your GitHub-account.
Currently the pipeline is testing the code agains three different python versions.
