Last Updated date for Latest Figures Incorrect

It doesn't look like there is a report available for the 8th yet, however the api is reporting the last updated date on the latest figures provided as the 8th? Surely it should be reporting these with the last updated date set to the 7th as this is when the figures are from?

Keep in mind that countries take a while to report the figures, like the update for the Netherlands happens somewhere around 3-4 at night, not at midnight or shortly after.
