  1. Add Coolify deployment documentation and setup script 

    - Add COOLIFY_DEPLOYMENT.md with comprehensive deployment guide
- Add coolify-setup.sh script to generate APP_KEY and verify setup
- Document container crash causes (missing APP_KEY)
- Provide step-by-step fix instructions for Coolify
- Include troubleshooting section for common errors
- Add environment variables template

This fixes the container restart loop issue by documenting the
required APP_KEY environment variable and other Laravel requirements.
