I am trying to sync time tracking to an issue in a public repo.
Whenever I run gtt sync, I am shown

⏱  Syncing time records...... ✗) [----------------------------------------] 0% - 0m left
Error: Could not update issue 1 on pkmnsnfrn/bassoonian-github-io

with no further information. How can I debug what the problem is here? I attempted to use two different tokens, one with just api permissions and another with the ones seen below, but got the same response.
