Steps to reproduce:

• Clock in or F5 with a running time-entry
• Try to edit a time-entry different from technologies and time-in
• The message "there is another time entry in that range" appears

Observation:
Although it appears that clock out occurs in the error, it doesn't.

Tasks:

• Check which PR introduced the bug.
• Investigate the issue and fix it .
