When clock outs at midnight happen a message is being sent to #ioet-time-tracker channel, currently it is displaying the people's full names but we can improve this message tagging people using the people's @slack-nickname. Slack has an API that give you the nickname based on the username so we need to use it.

• Message is posted but instead of listing the people's full name we need to tag them with their @slack-username
