build(deps): bump cacheable-request and ava in /AutomaticClockOuts

Removes [cacheable-request](https://github.com/jaredwray/cacheable-request). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [ava](https://github.com/avajs/ava). These dependencies need to be updated together.
