WG document list headers are off

The header includes a field called Add. Not sure what that is, but because of that field, all the other fields don't match the entries below.

The columns look as intended in Firefox, but not in Chrome or Safari.

Additionally, I would expect to see a little clickable graphical symbol in the Add
column, letting one add the document to the personal list of tracked documents.
That is missing, which is probably coupled with the incorrect column headers in
Chrome and Safari.

The observation in comment:1 was wrong; that appearance was caused by being logged in in Firefox, but not in Chrome or Safari.
