First pass improvements to the README.

Removes script examples in favor of short functional code snippets.
In particular, tries to convey the feeling that sc2reader isn't just
about replays any more. There are many Starcraft II resources and
they should all be included.

TODOs:

    * Verify that the examples compile and work as stated.
    * Add any additional links into the doc that might be helpful
