Broken (kind of) for English users

Currently gggtracker shows every post for every single language which makes using the site extremely annoying to use for English users. It works fine for other languages (as in it only shows the post specific for that language).

I tried looking into it but haven't found any good solution other than filtering the posts based of 'activity.forum_id' in the frontend `index.js` files.
