Release v0.1.0-alpha.1

🥳🥳🥳🥳 This morning I published the first release of Speedtest Tracker! Let's go over a couple of quick things so we all know what to expect out of v0.1.0-alpha.1.

FYI: The goal of this release is to make sure speedtests run on a schedule and that the results can be written to a database.

• To pull the image you will need to authenticate ghcr.io as this repo is currently private.
• Copy the commands in README to get the container started, I do plan on offering more templates in the future which also includes a Portainer stack.
• Currently sqlite, mariadb/mysql and postgresql are the only supported databases, influcdb is not supported yet.

I also know some directions are lacking, I'll be iterating through them coming up and making sure they're bulletproof in the future.
