Not sure if this works. Service URL for Telegram is set up correctly, and test works. But when a speed test is run, no notification. The native speed test does work.

Was this a scheduled test or run manual?
We no longer send notifications for manual test when using Database, Mail, Webhook or Apprise. Just never adjusted the deprecated channels as they will be removed anyways 😉 . That might explain the difference you see.
