"Start Speedtest"-Button on Dashboard

I use the dashboard for family and friends with a QR code on the wall so that anyone who complains about the internet speed can check it themselves. A "check speed now" button would be great so that everyone can initiate a test themselves without logging in as an admin. If possible with a limitation, which prevents hammering. Alternatively, a URL that immediately initiates and displays a test.

For now only the admin is able to start a speedtest. The normal user is only meant to view data. For now there are no plans to add a diffrent level of user that is allow to run tests but not change settings etc.
